When the team approached us, the platform was in early development stages and required a full technical overhaul. Our role was to take over the technical direction of the project and deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly gaming infrastructure — including upgrades to the NFT marketplace, website, backend, and launchpad integration.

We improved and finalized the existing NFT marketplace, optimizing it for both usability and performance. Key tasks included:
